I went there early today and had a terrible experience, the manager was extremely rude and refused to even let me get a word in when I would explain what was the issue with my order. When I went it I ordered a medium French vanilla with whip topping, and when I received it it had no whip topping and had coffee mixed in? There’s a man (that I presume is the manager or supervisor since he’s always working) who appears nice enough while serving customers, but quite literally gaslit me about my allergies. He’s the one with glasses and a mask that he can’t even properly wear (at that point, just don’t wear it…). Horrible service, got a lemonade and an iced coffee. This place is notorious for not giving out refunds or taking responsibility at all. They gave me a lemonade with soda water in it and denied it having soda water at all- there were bubbles all around the cup as if it was a ginger ale and of course it tasted like lemon poured over a club soda.
