This location is the only one in this city I will go out of my way to go to, and that says a lot since it's across the city and there are at least 3 in closer proximity. I've rarely had poor service or incorrect orders, the staff are incredibly friendly and prompt, just an overall positive experience most of the time.
I go here at least once a week and I’ve never had an issues. Today I got a bagel belt and the bagel had visible mold. I tried eat the egg and sausage but the egg had shells in it. I also got a latte with oat milk because I’m lactose sensitive but it was mad with regular milk.
