I want to start out by saying that the staff are wonderful and I understand that you are overworked and underpaid. HOWEVER, how is it that by living at the uni we are forced into a very expensive meal plan that has granted me nothing but food poisoning and after class disappointment?? Bitter about this place. You're better off spending your money at Tim's or Starbucks. Supper is usually $17+ for one person. The food itself is fine (they fixed the food poisoning, from my testing lol) but the value is atrocious. If you aren't on a meal plan, you can literally get 4x the food at superstore for the same price, save yourself and go anywhere but here. Lots of independent restaurants in the Students' Union. I like uleth but they gotta fix up their food situation.

I'm giving Urban five stars because in the year I have been in Lethbridge they have clearly been working hard and have improved the food immensely. The service is incredible. Most days I was too occupied to cook three meals and so I would go in for food daily on the meal plan. At the start of the year it was a bit hit-or-miss but now the food is consistently appetizing and good! They have made strides in the food and the employees all work very hard. Five-stars!
