My family & I have been to dozens of Locations across Canada, and THIS store is the best! Quick, Amazing service, and CLEAN!We Had a Great birthday at Montannas last weekend on Friday Evening! Staff was very skilled during dinner rush. Was able to serve all 6 of us and a baby with no problems. We Will definitely be coming back for future celebrations.
Ask for Kennedy for birthdays! She sings the loudest and makes the experience feel like I'm in the United States.

The ribs were terrible. Very tough. Knife was sharp and still hard to cut. Also very dry. Chicken wings were equally bad. Whoever plated our meals should be ashamed of himself. He, by no stretch of the imagination, can call himself a cook. The server was very good. My partner who I was treating for her 72nd birthday ate less then half of her meal. Spent around 80 bucks for a very disappointing evening. Am watching curling and your advertising is pure fiction compared to the meals we received. A steakhouse with no steaks. How is that even possible, By the way, I promised her another meal at what I hope will be a decent eatery. We live in a condo with about 150 people. We have not hid our displeasure from them.

We were at the one in Medican Hat AB. Had the Beef ribs , lots of FAT very Greasy. There was at least 10 people in the Restaurant and the Server took our Order dropped the Plates off and Never came Back to see how our Meal was. The worst thing is she would Walk Right BY US and not even ask how are things. She got no TIP!!! Worst SERVICE EVER!!!

I've had numerous issues from this place including being served raw ribs not once but twice. I've had to be tested for parasites because of it. God forbid you dare to take it up with the staff because they Won't just do nothing, they'll berate you while you try. All I can think about when i see this restaurant is the taste I got when biting into raw pork. Lost a client for life. Over priced menu.

Blah. Sat in lounge. Opted for the taco bowl for something lighter. Not great. Could do better with a store bought taco kit. Bar tender “overwhelmed” with half the place empty. Don’t expect much from a chain, but this place is establishment is poorly run.

It must have been an "off" day for the staff (Saturday, Jan 20/24). I've been going to this location for years. It took more than the usual 5 minutes to be seated and served. When my salad, with grilled chicken, arrived, the greens were wilted, and the red peppers tasted like they were going bad. This is the first time I've had this experience. Don't let that stop you from going here because usually the staff and meals are top notch.Parking: There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is close to the Medicine Hat mall.

Underwhelming.. waited for my take out at the front desk unacknowledged. The food was taking longer than supposed to, which could be understandable, but then the steak was barely warm, done to medium well, not rare, and bland. The one and half onion ring in the container was garnish?? At least the beans were hot and tasty.
