We were at the one in Medican Hat AB. Had the Beef ribs , lots of FAT very Greasy. There was at least 10 people in the Restaurant and the Server took our Order dropped the Plates off and Never came Back to see how our Meal was. The worst thing is she would Walk Right BY US and not even ask how are things. She got no TIP!!! Worst SERVICE EVER!!!
It must have been an "off" day for the staff (Saturday, Jan 20/24). I've been going to this location for years. It took more than the usual 5 minutes to be seated and served. When my salad, with grilled chicken, arrived, the greens were wilted, and the red peppers tasted like they were going bad. This is the first time I've had this experience. My family & I have been to dozens of Locations across Canada, and THIS store is the best! Quick, Amazing service, and CLEAN!We Had a Great birthday at Montannas last weekend on Friday Evening! Staff was very skilled during dinner rush. Was able to serve all 6 of us and a baby with no problems. We Will definitely be coming back for future celebrations.
