We ordered fish - cod and halibut - and chips and they tasted really good. The fish was crisp and fried just right. Also, the two owners were very friendly and provided excellent service. Will definitely return again when we go to Calgary.

I adore this place, it is that wholesome kind of dive with great food and dated decor that I long for. I hadn't been back in a year and a half and saw new faces behind the counter. The hostess was so friendly, but I reserved judgement... And was in no way disappointed. I ordered the fish and chip with gravy. The cod was good for Alberta, the French fries, slaw and gravy were on par if not better than before. I am happy to say with those new faces there is no lack in care or quality. Definitely not going to be waiting as long for a return.

When ever I go to Okotoks I must have the Best fish and chips! It's takeout. And the owners have been there forever and are the nicest people!!!
Fish and chips as good as in Nova Scotia. And a big bowl of war wonton on side. What a great combo.Kid-friendliness: Had a group of 8 with kids and couple gave up their table so that we could sit together. Kinds staff and kind customers too. The type of place that welcomes you.

Lovely little joint! The staff was most hospitable and gave it a sense of eating at home. The kids polished/licked the entire plate of poutine, and the fish and burgers were all spot on! Definitely coming back!
