This has to be the WORST Tim Hortons in the entire town. I ordered chai teas with double double and it didn’t even taste like it was supposed to. A croissant which was cold and we had to ask them to warm it up. Did not give any sleeves for hot cups and no paper napkins. 0 quality food and 0 service, all they think of is completing people’s orders and getting them out of there as quickly as possible. This is beyond disgusting, Tim Hortons used to be a nice place to go for coffee....read full review
I ordered a chilli with cheese and a big bun extra butter. Paid for the extras never got the cheese got a tiny bit and only one butter. I asked the guy at the drive through if it’s correct he said yes I should have looked because they never give what you order. And when you call them no one ever answers the phone.

Worst Tim Hortons in Red Deer!!! Service non existent !!! Never have what you are requesting!!! Cannot understand the person trying to take my order!!! Not clean if you go inside!!! Tim’s should have better control of this location.Very disappointed but Starbucks close by!!!!
