This seems to be a new addition to the mall since I was here last in 2019. They claim to be different from South St. Burger. But of course it has to be different in some way because they wouldn't put 2 similar burger places in the same mall?I took a bite and it seems to be comparable with THE KEG, so it does seem to be higher class than the average fast food place.I do plan to visit again and try more items on the menu.
We went here tonight and I ordered the Blazing Pineapple burger and it was SOOOOO GOOOD!!! It filled me right up! So messy and delicious! If I could have brought the chef home with me, I would have. It was THE MOST. The service was unbelievable as well! All were so friendly! I swear my heart grew two sizes bigger to accommodate how much love I had for this damn burger. They should all get a raise!

The taste is amazing, but staff is really poor. No welcoming , no smiles on their faces, loooong wait (compare to other places, sometimes it’s busier there and your order is ready in 5 min max , with Big Smoke Burger I was waiting for burger for 15 minutes, which is not okay and it was really not so busy). I understand it is hard to work with so many people, but this is also their job, to make people happy. Hope management will work harder and will teach staff to be more nice...read full review
