The taste is amazing, but staff is really poor. No welcoming , no smiles on their faces, loooong wait (compare to other places, sometimes it’s busier there and your order is ready in 5 min max , with Big Smoke Burger I was waiting for burger for 15 minutes, which is not okay and it was really not so busy). I understand it is hard to work with so many people, but this is also their job, to make people happy. Hope management will work harder and will teach staff to be more nice to people and work faster. This seems to be a new addition to the mall since I was here last in 2019. They claim to be different from South St. Burger. But of course it has to be different in some way because they wouldn't put 2 similar burger places in the same mall?I took a bite and it seems to be comparable with THE KEG, so it does seem to be higher class than the average fast food place.I do plan to visit again and try more items on the menu.

The cashier working at 2oclock on December 10 wearing glasses needs to work on her customer service. She was so rude with taking orders and she looks like she didnt even wanna be there. She asked if it was to go or dine in and I said “to go” but clearly didnt hear it as she cut me off rudely asking the same question.
Fries and chicken in the burger were extremely chewy and it felt like it had been sitting out for long and they just reheated it and served it.Also the lady who made the food was grumpy and literally rolled her eyes on hearing that she had to prepare the order at 8.40pm ( their closing time is 9.00 on weekends) .Do not order from here within an hour of closing

The cashier girl needs to know how to talk to customers! I ordered the limited meal, and she asked me about the type of side dish. She didn’t give me a chance to tell her what I wanted, and she sounded like she was giving me the meal for free!! she needs to know that because of the customers, she’s getting paid! I won’t describe her here as this review may cause her to be out of work.

23 dollars for a burger that taste like charcoal, a poutine that taste like humptys hash browns and a milk shake that taste like you grabbed ice cream and milk and stirred it once. Trash wouldn’t waste my money on this place again.
We went here tonight and I ordered the Blazing Pineapple burger and it was SOOOOO GOOOD!!! It filled me right up! So messy and delicious! If I could have brought the chef home with me, I would have. It was THE MOST. The service was unbelievable as well! All were so friendly! I swear my heart grew two sizes bigger to accommodate how much love I had for this damn burger. They should all get a raise!
