This Starbucks is MENTAL level busy whenever I'm here and I feel so bad for the staff to have to deal with that all day. They are all fantastic and the drinks are always made perfectly.
I understand fast food isn’t the more glamorous job and don’t expect cheerful employees when I drive thru places, but the baristas at this Starbucks are so nice and kind every time I go (taking the time to ask how my day is, even in the drive thru) and this is the only time I believe someone deserves a tip in this kind of industry (where no service is required) for going above what the job requires. Went through the drive thru here today. The drinks and service were pretty good at least until the barista tried mansplaining the star program to me. Which as far as I'm concerned - as the person who earned the stars I can use them however I see fit. Overall the experience was a bit cringey - but it won't stop me from returning.
