The rudest people i have ever met in my life! Was just browsing at the cups and was yelled at by 2 workers for touching the shelf to check what cup was behind the one in front. I left and will never be purchasing from Starbucks again.

New holiday drink menu launches and within a day Sherwood Park locations are out of Oat milk. Par values for supply orders should have been adjusted way in advance for drinks that now come with alternative milk by default. All around disappointing trying numerous locations without success. This comes as added frustration as my previous visit left me with a Venti that had less substance than a Grande should.Ended up grabbing a coffee at Roasti instead and wow, MUCH better coffee all around. If you really want to treat yourself, try Roasti instead of the sugary disappointment that Starbucks has been lately.

Went through the drive thru here today. The drinks and service were pretty good at least until the barista tried mansplaining the star program to me. Which as far as I'm concerned - as the person who earned the stars I can use them however I see fit. Overall the experience was a bit cringey - but it won't stop me from returning.

This Starbucks is MENTAL level busy whenever I'm here and I feel so bad for the staff to have to deal with that all day. They are all fantastic and the drinks are always made perfectly.

I understand fast food isn’t the more glamorous job and don’t expect cheerful employees when I drive thru places, but the baristas at this Starbucks are so nice and kind every time I go (taking the time to ask how my day is, even in the drive thru) and this is the only time I believe someone deserves a tip in this kind of industry (where no service is required) for going above what the job requires. It’s unexpected despite being such a small thing and can really make someone’s day.

The only coffee that is strong enough for me. My coffee must resemble high octane rocket fuel and this stuff fits the bill. I’m picky.

I can't believe the lack of service.I order my 8 dollar coffee and stand there waiting. 5 minutes goes by I watch an employee come from behind counter order her drink and find she gets hers. Then I watch all these other drinks get made for people behind me! I finally see mine being made then the girl sits it behind her walks away to sign for something . Another 3 minutes my drink sits there. Finally they put my sweet foam on (but it's not sweet foam Any more its just cream) then I drink some of it and realize it is made with milk and I can't have milk. Honestly service just keeps getting worse but the prices go up.This is the 3rd time I've been given the wrong milk in my coffee.

Jeff (with the deep voice) who is often running the drive through is AMAZING. He brightens my day and I find myself coming here more just to see his handsome face. Euni who served us inside is also amazing. Hand down the best location in Sherwood Park. And also not as chaotic with customers!

One of the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, helpful, they don't feel rushed, and they always take time to see my baby when she comes.The atmosphere is great and it's very clean as well.I live in Edmonton with a Starbucks 5 blocks from me and make the drive out to this location a couples times a week due to these reasons.
