12 minutes wait for a poutine. Guy at front counter very snappy and rude , barking out orders at people waiting. IMO literally every time I order anything here. Person behind me in line was briskly told “five to ten minutes before I can even take your order”. It’s not that high volume sales here. I went around 1140am. There was one other person in front of me. It took quite a while to receive my order (it appeared to be understaffed at this moment) but my food was made correctly and handed to me by a very polite and smiling staff. The food court was not crowded but seating was limited as many spots were dirty.

While having never ate at a Waffle House in my life, this is what many would consider to be the Canadian equivalent. The food is always fresh, delicious and just bomb as hell. The customer service can be hit or miss, depending on who's manning the register. The Tim Horton's next door is the exact opposite with it's food and overall vibe. The drinks are nice there though, but you can't beat the A&W Root Beer.
