The burger I purchased was the absolute worst one I have ever had in my life. I had to throw much of it the garbage, because after a few bites I was afraid I would be getting sick. Hopefully health regulators are inspecting this location on a regular basis because that meat sure tasted like something was badly wrong with it. I will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from it. Definitely not up to usual A&W standards. Management problem or what???

My child loves this place. They do mess up the order here and there but overall, they try to make up for it.So, I do recommend it a lot more than the local McDonald's...

Went to buy food here but they said they didn't have any food except chicken. No fries, burgers or onion rings. He did let me know they may have food tomorrow afternoon . So maybe it'll be better then.

2nd last Saturday before Christmas and there are only 2 people working.The only cashier had to abandon the front to help in the kitchen.Slowest, service ever. Over 20 minutes for chicken strips.

Worst fast food restaurant ever visited.. i jut went there and after the reply from cashier just cancelled everythingTold me that there is 9-10 minutes wait on Nashville chck combo.. come on man just stop being lazy .. i work at a&w as well and it only takes around 4:30-5 minutes .. you are getting paid for working..Just wondering why A&W hasn’t taken any action yet on this location even after these many bad reviews..

The new hire is a nightmare and yells at people when SHE gets an order wrong. Get a recent, even if your food is still hot when you return it, she will fight you that she didn't make it wrong & that's what you ordered.

Waited 5 minutes while being ignored, for the cashier to tell me everything is going to be an 8 to 10 minute wait.
The guy at the front is very commanding and rude. I watched him overcharge an elderly man and grandson by ringing in their items separately instead of making it a combo - when the elderly man asked, "Why is it so expensive?" (almost $22 for two Mama burgers, one fry, and one water), the counter guy just said, "Because." Earlier, the pair inquired what was in the Uncle burger, and the counter guy said, "Everything. Just, everything." Very condescending tone of voice. He should not be the face of the counter and I can only imagine what he's like in the back.

Worst A&W for both delivery and pickup, crazy wait times for skip and if you choose to pick up your order you get told you need to wait 20 minutes to even order for them to complete skip orders.

While having never ate at a Waffle House in my life, this is what many would consider to be the Canadian equivalent. The food is always fresh, delicious and just bomb as hell. The customer service can be hit or miss, depending on who's manning the register. The Tim Horton's next door is the exact opposite with it's food and overall vibe. The drinks are nice there though, but you can't beat the A&W Root Beer.
