Consistant and familiar. Got a weak hot chocolate (syrup ran out) so I had to get a new one. It was a small inconvenience but I realized it has happened to me several times over the years. It must happen to everybody at some point and seems like a problem that should be easy to fix. Corporate communication gaps?
Love this place minus some of the judgmental freak customers that can't just look away n very obviously n disgustingly judge my used to be homelessness. But I love you all, overall love this place.If someone upsets me somehow or I'm sad I can just stuff my face with more tim bits. Yay! Party!????

This location is so-so. I often find myself with underwhelming results (more than expected) like effectively being scammed when ordering XL’s as pictured. How does being empty more than 2” from the top justify the price? Staff are hit and miss, some are personable and pleasant to deal with, others seem resentful to be there (I could see why).
