“49th State always has a great atmosphere, service and food/drinks. I joined a large group event where our server Selcuk did a great job of balancing such a large group. Food and drinks were timely and delicious! I had the vodka raspberry soda made with 49th state raspberry soda. So delicious! The eggroll appetizer was delish! Highly recommend stopping by 49th State for excellent drinks and food!“
“Most of the reviews for this brewery are misleading, most of the food options listed aren’t on the menu-albeit a special menu or seasonal options. I enjoyed the Alaskan cod fish tacos and my husband-the prime rib dip, both were fantastic! The fish tacos seemed to be deep fried to add a crisply element to the dish-it is a grand slam! The prime rib dip is packed full of beef and reminiscent of a calzone. Packed full of flavor-we weren’t disappointed!“
“Pretty cool view while you are eating. We came here with only 15 mins to spare, and they got us in and out. The food was actually cheap and good. The portion was very big. I forgot to take a picture of the food right when it came out so here is a pic of half eating Yukon omelet and gravy and biscuit.“
“The beer is excellent. The taproom vibes are funky, spacious, clean, and they play good music. There are N/A options. It’s dog friendly. Go weekday after 3 when they open and it’s pretty quiet. One of the better breweries in Anchorage. The Pilsner on draft is top-notch. Check it out while you’re in town. I loved the stickers of all the other breweries/climbing gyms/outdoor recreation brands they have sporadically placed around the area.“
