We are staying at the Lakefront hotel be sure my husband has a conference there. It's an old hotel. The walk to our room took us on a winding hallway. The room is big and comfortable. We didn't get a nice view but still beautiful with all the snow. The lake is frozen so there are no planes taking off and landing the Flying Machine serves up a delicious breakfast. Sarah Reynolds in the Fancy Moose lounge has been an excellent server! Have not had to wait for any service and made sure all our needs were met.. I will definitely come back again for the great service received from Sarah!
This place is my favorite when I come to Alaska. The staff is amazing, especially Tara and Brandon. They are always on top of everything, very friendly and helpful I really enjoy staying there honestly, plus the food they serve at their restaurant is superb to be honest
