I recently ordered some sockeye filets as a thank you gift for my son and his family. Like an idiot, I gave his address from memory, which turned out to be incorrect. I got a call from Tammy telling me that they were notified by UPS that the address was not valid, so she called me to verify. After giving her the correct address, she said she would contact UPS and make sure the delivery was made, which then happened. Excellent service and follow-up on my goof. Pretty good prices for fish processing, and a nice array of smoking options. Does require a 20# minimum, but has the lowest cost for lox for you East Coasters and Jewish deli-types. Staff is really nice and seems very knowledgeable.
