I’ve been there many times and never have I experienced one issues until today. This little hostess refused to allow me to dine in and told me that I needed to go through the drive thru and claimed they were “too busy”. Now I know BS when see and hear it and then when I called their manager he has audacity to ask his subordinate on why she refused a customer a dine-in service
Great food. Great customer service.
Not a good experience with one of the Waitress (she was pregnant), and RUDE! She shouldn’t be working at this kind of place because she will ruined the moods of other customer who will encounter her.
HOWEVER, Waitress Dianne was AWESOME. Whoever trained her world class customer kudos to you. She was prompt, she smiles to us the entire time, she was very nice. She also has a kind tone of voice. She redeemed what was bad experienced with the pregnant waitress.
