I think our local Gilden Corral has new, better cooks. Food quality and taste has really improved. The public area is cleaner, wait staff friendlier. We wentvin a few days ago after several months. It was busy! Not hectic or chaotic, but definitely busy.Dietary restrictions: I'm insulin diabetic, and I truly appreciated the variety of suitable foods I could enjoy. The only flaw was the shortage of lowcarb or sugar free desserts.

Wow prices went up so crazy. Pot roast really good but the fried chicken was so salty and over cooked could not eat.They need to change the oil before cooking chicken again. It had a sea food taste.Dietary restrictions: Could not find sugar free desserts like they advertisedParking: Not enough handicap parking. They took out more handicap parking.

Food was good..limited selection which is weird cause prices went up..what bothered me most was the SERVICE! our waitress was horrible..I had cash just to tip her but left a hand full of spare change instead...we literally had to go to her to refill our drinks.. Dear management, if you want to know who the waitress was..ask your workers who received a handful of coins as a tip recently ?.
Went to Golden Corral today, and let me just say there was only ONE waiter that was extremely pleasant. As he had gotten off of shift, a waitress took his place. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. My girlfriend had her silverware taken on accident, so she asked for another set of silverware, she had given her it, no problem. I had asked for another set of silverware aswell, in which I didn’t receive any. And then I go to ask again about fifteen minutes later and she had snapped and said “Again? You guys really need to learn how to keep your silverware” and reluctantly grabbed another set for me and slammed it on the table. NEVER in my experience working in the food industry have I EVER was that disrespectful to a customer. I have severe social anxiety and hate asking for things, that just made it completely worse. The rest of the time there I felt like I couldn’t ask for anything. Definitely not going here again after that.

The food was alright it would bee good if I lived in Alaska my whole life but there wasn’t really much food, all the “fresh grilled steaks” were pre grilled, they give you a little sliver of steak too so u have to continue to go back and get more, the grill cook was not friendly he treated you like a burden every time you came to get another two inch piece of steak. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment it was a sad experience.
