Some of the best wings in Anchorage. The first time ordered they had some issues finding us, but no issues since. Have always had fantastic flavor and decent crisp level.

I had arrived to pick up food to deliver it to a customer and the owners were arguing with each other creating a horrible atmosphere, I had asked how long the order was gonna be and he said 5 minutes and to wait in my I had asked if it was possible to stay inside and he said no, I said OK and was heading out to unassign the order so I could move on and he proceeded to be rude and disrespectful towards me, so I said to him that there was no need to be rude and disrespectful towards me just because he was arguing with his wife. He then proceeded to follow me out the restaurant and threaten to fight me,I then said to him he wasn't worth fighting and then left.

Grubhub switched drivers after it showed the driver at the restaurant. Took 1hr 10 min. Ordered buffalo sauce on the wings. Got plain fried wings and no celery and carrots.

Excellent wings in a variety of different flavors. I will say the food is on the salty side so be prepared for that, but really, really good especially compared to a lot of these chain places. I've tried a few flavors but the Southern Fried wings really stood out to me, in addition to their fried Okra. Can't beat the classics. Food has been ready to pickup in the amount of time promised both times.

I have started eating a lot of hot wings this year. I really love them. I have been eating wings from all different spots around town and you can really tell a difference in quality. Some wings are too small, some are over fried, some even have too much breading (why is there breading anyways?). Hood wings wings are juuuuuuuust right. The wings are meaty with a good amount of sauce. I ordered 30 wings, 10 bbq, 10 buffalo, and 10 "chefs choice". The cook gave me thug love, which is a dry rub, and ohhhhh it was tasty. it has a lot of flavor with a nice smokiness. I also ordered a side of cheese fries. Pretty basic, crinkle cut fries with nacho cheese sauce on it. I would have rather it been real cheese and maybe the fries be a little crisper. By the time I got home, the fries were mush. Hood wings gets 4 our of 5 stars because of the soggy fries and they forgot my celery, carrots, and blue cheese dressing in my to-go order. Still some of the best wings I have had in town!
