The ladies who work at the front lack basic customer service. They greet their costumers with frowning faces and an attitude. If i did not love the food I would never go here. Foods great but the customer service sucks.

Tired cooking with an awfully chemically taste. Good that's shouldn't have been soggy was soggy. Fried food tasted like it was from a factory. You're going to get better tasting food by buying some frozen TaiPei dish from Walmart. I hate to leave a bad review for a place but after trying this place a few times, there's no way I can recommend anyone to go to this place in good faith for lunch.I can't believe I paid more than $15 for lunch from this place more than once.Don't confuse this with the actual grocery store that's part of the same building. That part is fantastic!!!

Wow I used to go here and the price was 10.99 and the food was fresh. They raised their prices to 13.99 and food is dry and cold. If you're gonna be paying 13.99 might as well just go to a real restaurant where the food is fresh. Really disappointed.

Great Filipino food. This was our go to spot when we lived in Anchorage, and now that I return often for business I have to stop in and get the two entree combo. The lechon kawali is excellent, with great flavor, I also always get the bbq which has great flavor that reminds me the Philippines.

No frills, all flavor. Not for the overly-health conscious. But great cheat meal! This lunch counter is attached to an Asian supermarket and definitely one of a kind. The food is fresh and RICH. Essentially choose a starch (fried noodles, white rice, or fried rice) and add 1-2 "entrees." Minus a sweet and sour chicken option, a lot of options you don't see at Panda Express. Bitter melon, fried whole fish, lechon, whole fried pig leg, mapo tofu, and much more! Price is pretty comparable too at 11.99 for 1 entree choice and 12.99 for 2 choices. Various a la carte and dessert options too. If you're craving Filipino comfort food and don't need fru fru, here's a good treat. Don't expect white glove service. And especially if you don't speak the language, stay humble and embrace the culture. Definitely authentic Asian. Great attached supermarket as well!

Two of the ladies here have extremely rude customer service. I still go anyway and just ignore them, and it's funny when one of them will hum to herself as if she's such a good nice lady.... she reminds me of the lady from the Roll In Ice Cream shop in Jewel Lake, look up the reviews it's shocking!! She has the worst customer service ever and hums to her self just like the lady at Lucky market! It's like the world revolves around them it doesn't matter how they make people feel welcome or not. The lady at Lucky market I'm talking about wears somewhat heavy makeup and has tattoos. The other older lady who is also as rude could be her mother. There was a guy behind me today who also felt the rudeness and even said out loud "F*cking rude!!" And I joined him in his rant letting him know it's been going on for a long time lol. I work for a mental health clinic and these ladies are the epitome of having serious mental health issues. Pray for them.
