I had the butter chicken and lamb biriyani. I compared Bombay Deluxe to Taste of India. Taste of India was leagues better and wasn’t even a contest. The food was pretty much crack to me, I couldn’t stop eating it. Just overall really good food top tier in Alaska that I’ve experienced.
We eat here frequently and have been to most of the Indian restaurants in Anchorage. The food is always excellent and the owners and staff very friendly. We recommended the butter chicken (Chicken Mahkani) and lamb madras as they are amazing but all other dishes we have tried are equally as delicious. If you like Indian but haven’t tried this restaurant give it a try!

Love, Love, Love Taste of India! I was very pleased with the atmosphere, food and customer service. We ordered — Tandoori Mixed Grill, Chicken Bhuna and Chicken Tikka Masala.The food was very flavorful and filling. I highly recommend the Chicken Bhuna (medium spice) the spices helped clear my sinuses and was so soooo good! The Tikka Masala (medium) was also good, but I felt like it was more mild than medium heat but still very good. Looks like i’ll have to order a spice level...read full review
