Crap. Ordered my usual chicken bacon ranch pizza (which is always good). Apparently they didnt have the white grilled chicken so they took it upon themslves to sub it out with popcorn chicken? Seriously? Why not call me and ask if id like something else? Very upset after a long day working outside and sit down to that garbage. Never again will i eat papa johns.
Seriously your customer service sucks. My wife ordered online around 545 pm today. To be delivered at 645. She called after waiting almost an hour. The person on the said the order came up at 615 on the system. Our debit card was already charged on the spot. No one including the manager even acknowledged and said they were sorry for the delay.
