Ramen House by Saijo is a cozy neighborhood spot with delicious tonkatsu ramen and gyoza. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is nice, with origami birds decorating the space. Although parking is limited, the overall experience of dining there is enjoyable. Just be sure to check their closing time before heading out, as they closed a little early on one occasion.
