New place to get something for lunch thats healthy and for a good price and tastes freaking amazing give these guys some business i think the only thing they needa do is expand and get a bigger facility cause they can definitely compete.“

“Wilbert was great! He’s built for customer service and actually turned our opinions around. We came on a Saturday, it was 6pm and the store closed at 7, the seats were up and when we asked if we could sit instore and eat she informed us that the seats we’re “up for the night”. The food was good but customer service lacked, not sure if the young woman was having a bad day or something, but she wasn’t too personable or interactive. Wilbert was inviting, open and positive personality, and the pitas were amazing!! He asked if we’d like to try a sauce and actually helped orientate the menu a little more efficiently. This was my second time coming in, we were hesitant, but thankful we did cuz it was a great experience

If the price is a turn off dont worry the sub isn't a classic 6 inch or 12 inch from subway.
The bread honestly is the real takeaway as its crunchy, warm and soft.

“I'm a big fan of a good cheese steak. However; the fast food setup at Charley's is good! I am a huge fan of their buffalo Philly sandwich. Love it.
Staff is always great, especially considering the small work area and the lunch crush.
It's worth a visit. Oh yeah, they have other locations off the military base in Anchorage.“

“I love it so much that I don't think it is right that the employees only make $9.75 an hour and the customers don't even have a place to sign for a tip. A person like me who lives on tips knows how important it is to receive them for bills. I was really upset to leave this place without being able to give them a tip because I only have my Visa card on me and there's no place to leave one for them. Hardly anyone carries cash anymore so if your a supervisor you should find out how to make it to where people could leave a tip on the receipt paper. I'm not going to support a business who doesn't care about there employees. Just to rent a place in Alaska is $1400 for rent. Come on subway it ain't gonna come out of your pocket anyways. “I'm I'm love with their sandwiches I go there everyday even when I'm not hungry the best part about subway is that you get to create your own sandwich and if you are not feeling a sandwich you can always get a salad or a wrap which you would call a burrito but it's still pretty delicious it's good for breakfast and lunch“

“I had just come from a concert and everything was packed up and backed up and closing and I came just a few minutes before closing and they still helped me they didn't complain about serving me or about the fact that I came in right when they were about to close up. they provided me with great customer service I really appreciated me the guy that was helping me out. he was so fun to talk and professional. he put on clean gloves to make my sandwich and when something got on his gloves while making my food he went and changed the pair of his gloves just for me without me saying anything about it . He put on a fresh pair of gloves when making my food. Alot of the places around the country I've seen them keep the gloves on sweep stuff off of the counter and pick up trash and then come back and make your food and you have to complain. the fact that this man cares so much about his job and about the quality of his work that he put on fresh gloves and multiple gloves while making my food really impressed me and it was so thoughtful. It's hard to find people at food places like that that care.“

“I usually stop by this Subway on my way to work to grab breakfast ( I work nights) and they are always pleasant. Especially the older asian lady. She is just so nice and always engaging when you order... Reminds me of a sweet old grandma from the south.“

“We had a great lunch experience here - it was very busy (Sunday, noon) but the line moved VERY fast. The gals working were so nice and polite (and patient with the foreign tourist in front of me). Too bad that the restroom is so busy with people NOT buying anything, that the line was too long for me to wait.“

“This place has a drive-thru. Which makes it convenient as the parking is very small. I'm glad that they're open in the mornings for breakfast. I do wish they would open up a little bit earlier. I actually go there for the breakfast sandwiches. I'll even get a breakfast sandwich for lunch. The staff was very friendly. And I am so glad that they have unsweetened iced tea!“
