“This place is a real hidden gem in the heart of downtown! I got a 6 inch Skinny Raven on wheat bread, and was not disappointed. The bread was toasted and perfectly soft and fluffy, while all the stuff inside was fresh and cold (IMO, that's the way to serve a sandwich). The staff was friendly, and my food came quickly. There are a few tables inside and a counter that looks out the window, but a lot of folks passing through were getting to-go orders. If you're looking for something quick, easy, and tasty on your lunch break, definitely check this place out!“
“I forgot to order food for our company meeting scheduled the following day, and Mo's stepped up to the plate. Excellent communication and better food. Highest quality ingredients and it was delivered 12 minutes early. Jason helped arrange the many trays and addressed the specialty items I requested so I could set them aside for the staff with dietary restrictions. “When I walked in there was only one gentleman working, 4 customers and another one just after me. Unfortunately there was an issue and my online order wasn't received by pita pit, but this employee helped all three customers ahead of me and got me my food in about 10 minutes! The food was excellent, store was super clean, and the service was fantastic.Not only was I acknowledged as soon as I walked in, but he was super friendly and very attentive to other customers, despite being the only employee on the floor. He reassured customers that they will be helped soon multiple times, I'm sure the situation for him was pretty stressful.I wasn't even slightly upset about the mishap with the online order, I sort of expected it to happen since I had never ordered through Google before, but he still apologized for the wait!The only thing I'm upset about here is I didn't get his name to directly mention him in my review. If management or anyone higher up is reading this, it was the gentleman working at around 1:40pm on 1/9/24. He truly was going above and beyond for the customers and should be greatly appreciated for maintaining the stores good reputation! Thank him!“

“I have never eaten at the establishment so i can't comment on the ambiance but we get delivery at the office from there at least twice a month from here. Food isn't amazing but I will say it is consistently decent. It's more of a middle of the board 3. But it's comfort food and their delivery service is quick! It helps the office is near their establishment so that may be helpful in the end but the driver is always so friendly so that will go a long way with me and they're very nice on the phone when we place our office order. The office is is sure to order from here again as we know it's reliable and can count on them.“
“Got the bacon cheese steak, once with strawberry lemonade and once with peach. I prefer strawberry most of the time but their peach lemonade is delicious. Also got ultimate bacon fries, those are honestly almost worth visiting for by themselves.If it's not clear, I think the food here rocks. What really got me to make the trip across town for them though was the staff. It's not often you go somewhere and feel like the staff are genuinely happy to have your business, but the guys at Charley's had a great attitude both times I went.“

It was absolutely my favorite thing that I got.The fries were standard krinkle cut, nothing special, and needed salt.The meat and cheese on my turkey melt were fresh and tasted deli style but I was NOT a fan of the pesto, it was just an overwhelming basil taste, nothing else.The sourdough was nice and fresh. Not crunchy like artisianal but more of a sandwich bread type.Would definitely eat here again.“
