Looks, Smells, Tastes GREAT.Update: Got to my destination and started partaking. If you like moist brisket, you will love what is being dispensed. If you prefer lean sliced brisket, will be disappointed.Potato Salad is Great.
I was coming in from a long drive and wanted to try bbq, as I've see the smokehouse before, this was the perfect time. They we're just starting to get busy, however the line wasn't long. I ordered the combination dinner which came with beef brisket, ribs, and the sides coleslaw and beans, I also got a side of fries. The brisket was tender but for me lacked flavor, this was the same for the ribs, I would have liked more sauce, or a side of sauce, I also expected more smoke flavor....read full review

This has been the better BBQ that I have had here in Alaska since moving from Texas. That being said, you know I don't play when it comes to good BBQ. Love the brisket. Cowboy fries are bomb, especially if you add shredded cheese ?. I think I can honestly say I like most of the menu. I'm not sure about the chicken or Cole slaw cause I've never ordered it.
