Update: owner still has yet to reach out after asking for further detail of my visit. It's a scam to look good as well as the reviews. When they receive one bad review they get 3 to 4 good ones right away. Wasted more of my time on this place. Super disappointing. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with fine dining. They don't care like they say they do.Atmosphere was very nice and I really was looking forward to the food being good. But it was not good at all, the crab was over done, the steak was chewy and hard to cut, the scallops were very fishy tasting, and the sides were not as expected. Au gratin is thin sliced potatoes not chuncks, and Brussel sprouts should be whole and not chopped into many pieces. The service was given 3 stars because they did not question why we didn't touch our sides. Disappointed on the food, I was hoping the price was worth it, this particular restaurant was not worth it if you know your steak and seafood.

The food was terrible. My daughter got crab that was no where near a pound, she gets more at angry crab for half the price and the taste wasn't even worth it. Which she was really looking forward to being in alaska and fresh. My daughters boyfriend asked for medium steak and it was more well, they asked to put it back on but that wouldnt fix it only make it worse so he declined. The steak was tough and hard to cut, was not like butter. We were sat at the back by the bathrooms and server station where they talked about his $60 dollar tip. The waiter was training and really nice but the waiter should be trained to ask about the food especially untouched food which is an indicator something was wrong with it being in the industry I was disappointed there but he did recommend a good beer. The expectations here were not met all around.

Visited with our tour group of 24 people. The first impression was great, the hostess was very nice and seated us in our private room quickly. That's where the compliments end. The servers assigned were extremely rude from the very beginning. They immediately complained to us that we were in the way of them being able to serve wine and beer... we didn't set up the tables we sat where the seats were laid out. It is not our fault that they didn't take into account the human that would be in the seat. They never introduced themselves, never smiled, nothing. Salmon was supposed to be cooked medium but instead was way past well done, it was so dry it was not edible. Steak was very tender but significantly overseasoned. Once the meal was done, it took at least 30 mins to get our bill for just the drinks that weren't covered by our tour. As the female server dropped off the checks, as she's exiting the room, she's muttering about how gratuity is included, but we could add additional. I know both those servers knew they were never going to get anything additional.

It was very busy the night we went. So I do understand to some extent. However. the steak I ordered obviously sat in the window and got overcooked. Unfortunately, the potato was so cold that the butter would not melt. I did have a wonderful time with the party we went with.
