This place has been top tier for years. The smoked mackerel was 9 of 10 with my spiced tofu dish 8 of 10 as well. Hats off to the staff and owners of this place. Sorry no pics I ate it all hahaVegetarian options: Great

Great food, with 7 side dishes, price is also reasonable, highly recommend to come here and enjoy the tofu stew during winters.

This place has amazing authentic Korean food. If you're pressed for time then I would not go here. The food takes kind of long. For me it was worth the wait.

Food tastes great, but be mindful that the amount of the food is not really a lot

They used to have good amount of serving. Now food so little and so expensive as well. They charge side dish if you have 4 people in your table that use to be free if you as them for more. Tofu house used to be my favorite kfood but I’m not coming back here anymore. Too pricey and the amount of food is little!

Absolutely terrible! I got an egg roll Appetizer along with the Combination Yakisoba and it was ?Let me explain. The egg rolls had a terrible aftertaste that I just couldn't get over after each bite? And the Yakisoba had a sweet/black/sugary sauce that was mixed with Thick Saugy noodles, with saugy vegetables??? Thats not how Yakisoba is done!Anyway the final blow was how expensive this place is for the low quality of food? My bill was $35 for a meal I through half away? I tried this place for the first time tonight and if they can't get egg rolls and Yakisoba right than there not worth it...Never again.

Yes Tofu Restaurant is one of the best Korean Testaurant in Anchorage ! I love their Seafood Spicy Noodle Soup and their Mongolian Barbecue ! I highly recommend This Place !!!!

I think Tofu House deserves a higher rating than this. This is my most favorite Korean restaurant (out of 3 I have been to) in Anchorage so far. I personally love tofu soup and I order tofu soup at every Korean restaurant I go to - this tofu soup is by far the best I have tasted in Anchorage and very similar to what I had in Seattle, Orlando, and Seoul previously. Their short ribs along with all of their side dishes are very delicious as well, especially the fish! I haven’t seen anyone offering fish as a side dish for a long long time. I am so happily surprised. I highly recommend Tofu House. ❤️

We ordered the spicy beef stew, kimchi stew, & kimbop. Both stews were incredibly flavorful. And the included banchan was also great! The service was fantastic and the staff was very kind. If you are looking for great, authentic Korean dishes, this is the place to go to. Would definitely recommend 100%!

We arrived at a slow time, only two other tables. We sat for about 10 minutes be anyone greeted us. The food came out fast but the portions were very small (nothing compared to the pictures on the wall and menu) and expensive for what we got, and the food was just average. I'm sure there are better Korean restaurants in Anchorage. Two stars instead of one because the Kimchi was very good.

Food was so plain, nothing had any taste to it and you only get half the size as before. I wouldn't mind paying more of only the food taste as good as before. So disappointed this use to be our go to spot for tofu soup but nope not anymore. I guess I'll just have to cook my own

3 out of 5 stars.Upon arrival we were seated but we’re not offered drinks. We sat a while and contemplated getting up and leaving because nobody had come to greet us or acknowledge we were there. (There was only one other table sat.) We finally ordered and was shocked at the small portions for the price paid, that being said the food was delicious. I ordered a Thai Iced tea and it was heavily watered down, I was dissatisfied. All in all I only give 3 stars because the food was pretty good.

It is such a bad experience. I went there for lunch and ordered the spicy cold noodle w/ beef, vegetables and egg. I see the name is long and name is pretty standard, so I asked the owner to order spicy cold noodle one. And then she only gave me spicy cold noodle w/ vegetables and egg. So I asked her for a menu again and checked if there is beef in the menu. She said, you don’t mention you want the beef, so she thought I don’t want that. I don’t say the full name with eggs and vegetables, but she gave me those? And why she doesn’t assume I want beef? Then she gave me a look like it’s your problem you did not say it clear. So then I asked her I want beef. She brought me a plate with three small pieces of cold and dry beef slice.I am not satisfied with her attitude and the assumption she made, she should ask or just follow the standard menu, shouldn’t her? And the food quality is not good either and this spicy cold noodle asks for 18. Too expensive

The food is not bad. However they cannot add more than 3 small dishes as most of Korean restaurants. What worse is the service lady added very impolite words: we are not buffet restaurant! :-(

I haven’t tried much but it’s pretty decent korean food, the cold noodles were a bit lacking though but all of the side dishes were fresh and the spicy rice cakes were good.
