Too oily. I was served a puddle of oil. I ordered 20 hot wings. Wings were too oily. Seasoning was ok, didn’t know it was going to be dry rubbed wings. Loaded tater tots were ok. Tasted the oil in the tots. Cashier was kind and welcoming.

We ordered 20 hot & 10 lemon pepper wings with the 2 cheesecakes I always enjoy the cakes but the wings are over cooked and then they put way to much lemon pepper on the wings it was overkill my husband said. See I remember when it first began with a wonderful Christian family and it was downtown the wings were twice as big and wasn’t overly cooked. The only thing they get right is the sauce if I ever ever order again I will make my own wings & just call to get the hot wing sauce delivered lol…bless you guys hopefully something good comes out of this like at least stop overcooking the **** out of em!!!

use to go here back n the day when they where at a different location. I don't remember paying nowhere near this much back then, sigh those was the glory days. but I think 4 stars is just about right, with times being hard the last 2 years you can't really blame them for the price. food still yummy like I rememeber it but yea I'd have to make this a here n there place to go due to my budget. thanks

the customer service over the phone was the nicest I've had in a while, but the wings have been my favorite ever since my parents introduced me to Wings and things almost 20 years ago, and I still get the same amazing flavor on the wings, I usually get NUKE flavor, but I been. getting extra hot, and every time I request the extra crispy on the wings, the wings arrive crispy, saucy, and amazing, I always get a side order of fries and a drink, they always do goood delivery, and the system they use, when they ask for your phone number, if you were previous customer, it brings up your address, so it makes it easier for them to deliver, if you are getting delivery, but you can also go pick up the wings too, I love the celery and ranch on the side, I had to get some wings for dinner

The food is absolutely amazing, Buffalo Wild Wings ain't got nothing on this. The main guy who takes orders is chill, he's cool. Go here, not another wing place if you want to cream from the food. Also the lady who's sometimes there and takes orders is rude, she is up in everyone's business and uses the wrong Pronouns for my friend on purpose. My friend is clearly a guy, but she says "she" when referring to them.

The food was actually better then I was expecting, delish really. Standard Coke beverages...not really a plus. It's nice in there very friendly lady, Dawn I think. I TAKE IT BACK, I CAME THIEDTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND APPARENTLY THAT ME A NUISANCE!? HONESTLY IM VERY

Great customer service from the ASSISTANT MANAGER and cook, clean restaurant, and delicious wings. I grew up in Alaska and always loved these wings. I moved to California 8 years ago and crave these all the time. This is a MUST stop for me when I come home to visit. Perfectly crispy, perfect flavor.The owner is going to be what drives this place into the ground. She's rude and not personable.
The wings are yummy! We had barbecue and garlic parmesan! Both were delicious but we preferred the barbecue. We ordered the Cob Salad as well and it was huge and good! Very fresh! We noticed the take out/delivery was hoping so this is a great "eat at home" option. Don't miss this gem!

I should have ordered wings. Instead I ordered a BLT sub and it was horrible bacon tasted burnt and only a few pieces pressed flat with microscopic lettuce and tomato. I took a bite and threw away. Also had loaded tater tots that were delicious.

These were easily the worst wings I've ever overpaid for. The chicken was very...very.. overcooked and I guess you could say they were sauced. There was sauce in the box but not much on the wings.

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent incident that transpired at your establishment.I would not recommend this establishment due to the unprofessionalism, and disgusting behavior and response after politely addressing an issue with the food. I was appalled to discover a hair in my food during my visit, which left me thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. .To compound the problem, the response I received from the staff at the ladies' station was deeply distressing. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I encountered rudeness and an argumentative attitude and profanity used towards me and a dismissive response from the owner Dawn in a lobby full of other customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided that I can no longer continue to dine at your restaurant as a frequent customer. Furthermore, I intend to share and escalate this concern and my negative encounter with everyone I know, urging them to avoid your establishment as well. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes within your establishment. Improving your hygiene protocols and providing exceptional customer service should be paramount in order to regain the trust and patronage of customers.

I paid with card but didn't put a tip on the card because I gave the driver a cash tip only to find out the next day they charged an additional $15 dollar tip to my card. These people are scam artist and I will NEVER order from here again. Buyers Beware
