“Lunch here was the best meal I've had in Fairbanks in a long time, and the best falafel sandwich I've had anywhere. Everything is vegan so I didn't have to worry about dairy in the sauces. The half sandwich was very filling, so I would only get the full if I was sharing with someone. The serving included a generous portion of falafel so it felt like there was falafel in almost every bite. The shredded veggie mix was what put it over the top for me! It wasn't just lettuce but included other veggies shredded together. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the large beverage selection was great. Even though the place was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. The limited hours and long line can seem challenging, but it's worth it to arrange your schedule and either order ahead or deal with the line. Think of it as concentrated excellence - they give it their best during the limited hours.“
“My go to place!! Their monthly specials are to-die for, they're extremely creative and delicious. Their food selection is by far the best out of all coffee shacks locally, imo. Their coffee is delicious. Their baristas are friendly, and not your typical bubbly young teen (which can sometimes be overwhelming). And the wait time is very reasonable and often quick.“

The owners have covid precautions in place to keep customers safe, so we felt really good about going here during the pandemic!“

“I love their tea lattes you can customize with herbal tea - that's rare to find and they're actually tasty. Really appreciated this for the salad and fresh veggies and vegan baked goods. A great combo! It was a treat to find this place in Fairbanks where I wasn't expecting much“
“I’ve been coming to this place for 20+ years. When I was a kid it was the best! Cool college vibes- board games and coloring books! It’s a really great family place! They also serve alcohol which we love! New norms to grandparent this pace is definitely a hidden gem! Lots of locals and everyone welcome!Sadly covid hit and we stopped eating anywhere! Fast forward to yesterday 2024 and I happen to crave that good old artichoke heart pizza… stopped in and the smells brought me back to childhood eating here. It was a great experience to share with my little 4year old although he wasn’t as choked up as I was ? anyhow I went with a calzone instead stuffed with my choice of spinach, mushrooms, onions and ricotta… damn it was delicious as always!This place is still great. Not sure who owns the place now but it’s a solid from our family and we will for sure shop local more often especially on pizza night!“
“Visiting an Indian restaurant in fairbanks seemed a bit of stretch initially, but boy, I was amazed by the food at this restaurant. I got a thali and few other non-veg dishes, and all of it was just amazing. The standout was the fact that everything was cooked from scratch, and the taste and flavors were authentic. I couldn't have imagined getting so good indian food in such a remote location. In case you are in the area and appreciate a good homly cooked indian meal this is the place you should definitely try. Highly recommend!!!P.S. sad to see why this place is low 4 stars. It should be a 5 star reviewed restaurant with the quality of food they serve in such a remote part of the planet. “Excellent food, fantastic gluten free options. I love getting take out from here and when I do eat at the restaurant the service is always wonderful. They also have a station with hand sanitizer and take precautions to keep the diners safe. One of my favorite places to eat.“
