“Truly the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Hard to choose a favorite but the Thai Tea ice cream and honestly the vanilla are my go to must haves if that flavor drops that week. I love how she switches it up every week and makes me try things outside of my normal picks and they’re always amazing.“
“I visited the Fairbanks location on 12/16/23 after the downtown fireworks. It looked like a lot of people had the same idea because though there were only a few customers ahead of us when we walked in, at least 20 people walked in while we were in line.You could tell something was going on behind the counter. There was some weird energy coming from one of the workers. Suddenly, the 'employees only' door swung open and a young man basically pushed his way out of the store, leaving two others to deal with the crowd.Landyn couldn't have been more professional. He let us all know that he needed to call his manager but would be right back to serve the crowd. When he returned a few minutes later, he powered through the orders as quickly as he could, with such a positive attitude. You truly have a great worker in Landyn.“
“The drinks themselves are pretty good and on par with most boba drink places. This is fairly pricey but it is Alaska; I'd say about 3 dollars more on average than most places I've been to in Texas, Virginia, California and Florida. Let's talk flavor though... the menu was slightly confusing to work through and if you like blended drinks, you have to specify and pay an up charge of 1.00 for most drinks (milkshake was already blended). So this is where a star was really lost... the magic boba. I didn't mind it but others in my group were sad because it was not the typical tapioca boba jelly that we are accustomed to. It looked like tapioca but the texture was like lychee jelly almost. It's a cute shop and the packaging is adorable so I'm okay with my drink and I'll be back!“
“I love you sonic. I wish I was exaggerating when I say this, but this place has the best food that I think I’ve ever had in my whole life. I’ve gotten sonic here in Fairbanks approximately three times and they have never failed me once. I always order a cheeseburger meal- and everything on it it’s very very fresh. The onions are crisp and cut perfectly, the tomatoes are ripe and are anything but soggy, perfect amount of mayo, perfect amount of ketchup.The french fries, don’t get me started on the french fries. They are crispy!! they are never over cooked, never undercooked, they are the perfect level of satisfying crisp and they aren’t overloaded with salt to cover the flavor.I don’t even like pickles on my burger, but YOU sonic, make me like it.I think it’s safe to say that every single piece of food that comes out of this restaurant is made with hard work, and most of all, LOVE.and by the way, the cinnamon sticks are to die for. They are perfectly crispy and sweet and taste like you’re making out with heaven.Sonic also always make my limeade right. Just enough lime to taste like you’re on a tropical beach, sipping on the horizon.I love you so much sonic. “Kyra’s smile and willingness to accommodate my quirky order this morning was the perfect start for my day. Not to mention…excellent coffee served at that exact temperature where coffee should be…hot but not scalding. They are quick, so the line of regulars seems to move very fast.“
