“Very bad customer service. I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed. The sausage and cheese was way too small for the bagel, over half the sandwich was dry bagel only. I also ordered an iced mocha and they gave me a hot coffee. I tried to return the sandwiches but they wouldn't refund my money. I called the manager Emma and let her know we were very disappointed. She would only offer a gift card. We returned the sandwiches and told them to keep the gift card. You would think that they would be embarrassed to serve lower quality food than FCC offers.“
