Very bad customer service. I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed. The sausage and cheese was way too small for the bagel, over half the sandwich was dry bagel only. I also ordered an iced mocha and they gave me a hot coffee. I tried to return the sandwiches but they wouldn't refund my money. I called the manager Emma and let her know we were very disappointed. She would only offer a gift card. Visiting from texas and on our way to the North Pole we stopped for coffee we didn't want Starbucks we were hell bent to try the local coffee place and they did not disappoint!
