Words cannot adequately express my experience but I’ll try. First trip to Alaska and what a view, feeling of tranquillity. We stayed in a cabin overlooking the water and taking it all in when Humpback Whales swam by, what an amazing opportunity to witness. Everything about this place is magical for the sailor's soul... When I'm not working at sea, I love to come here and listen to the ocean and be nearby so I can keep an eye on her while stuck on land. This is our 4th time staying here this year, and the staff are always absolutely amazing!

We have camped here twice this year and both times have been excellent. The first time we arrived pretty early AM and someone had taken our reserved site, but we were taken care of immediately and got our reservation moved to a different unbooked site without any hassles. The second time we had fantastic camp neighbors. We’re coming down again for fishing and I cant wait. If you’re lucky enough to run into Captain Nemo he is a sweetheart and beautiful dog!
