We were staying at Seward Hotel and checked out the new restaurant that moved into Ms Genes Place and we just loved it. Had a light dinner. Drinks and halibut bites. The halibut was wonderful. We’ve eaten a lot during our vacation and this was the best halibut yet. Finished out shared meal with Bread Pudding. Amazing! Allie’s service was amazing and we met the talented chef. Great team! We will be back before we leave this awesome town.
Allie is probably the nicest server I’ve ever had - she really went above and beyond for us. We ate here on a whim because we were staying at the hotel, but we loved Allie (and the food) so much we came back the next night! Small menu as they are just starting up, but executed well. We had the halibut sandwich, rock fish tacos, and Kobe burger. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful gem in Seward. Service was friendly and so helpful and the food was stellar.Had the halibut bites and thought it was the best Halibut dish we experienced in town. Finished with the bread pudding which was a delicious treat.We will be back soon.FYI - this seems to be the restaurant that replaced Ms. Genes Place.
