I recently attended a glass 'Cut and Create' class at Alaskan Events & Catering and it was fabulous!!! I had so much fun and got to experience a really neat DIY craft that initially felt totally unapproachable for someone with zero experience in glass working. We hired the Alaskan Events and Catering for 3 business meeting lunches in January 2023. The chef exceeded our expectations. Their presentation, attention to details, meetings the needs for special diets, menu planning and communication. We will definitely hire for their services on our return. We are not from Alaska and flew in to hold training meetings. The catering experience just iced it for us.
