I recently attended a glass 'Cut and Create' class at Alaskan Events & Catering and it was fabulous!!! I had so much fun and got to experience a really neat DIY craft that initially felt totally unapproachable for someone with zero experience in glass working. Kirsten is an INCREDIBLY talented, kind, and funny hostess! She surprised our group with her homemade catered cookies and special hot chocolate recipe! I look forward to going back, both for the new-found enjoyment of glass working and the good laughs with Kirsten.

Their presentation, attention to details, meetings the needs for special diets, menu planning and communication. We will definitely hire for their services on our return. We are not from Alaska and flew in to hold training meetings. The catering experience just iced it for us.

Went to an event that they catered today and the food was very good. They had a great set up and presentation and everyone seemed very happy with their meals. The tables and chairs were perfectly laid out with bright, clean cloth tablecloths. The waitstaff was very helpful and professional.

Allowing me to enjoy more time with the family while also supporting a locally owned and operated small business during this pandemic. I cant tell you enough how well the food is! The prime rib was smoked and so juicy! Mashed potatoes were buttery, creamy, and delicious! My kids had seconds and thirds. I will most definitely be returning :) Thank you Kirsten for making my meal with lots of love <3 My entire family enjoyed our day because of your hard work!
