I am trying their meal prep portion of their offerings and so far i am really enjoying it. the meals heat up easily, have pretty good variety and have shockingly low carbs and calories for how filling they are. Having those macros on the meals themselves is so helpful when counting calories. Saw the name karma kafe. Thought it would be the perfect place to bring an old “friend” to for a bite ( hoped she’d get a dose of karma for how she treated me back in highschool!!!???). Meal prep. . . What a great idea! The sitting area is spacious and comfortable. I had the steak broccoli, and sweet potato and loved it! It’s not on May to or from work but I will definitely swing by for lunch!
