I am trying their meal prep portion of their offerings and so far i am really enjoying it. the meals heat up easily, have pretty good variety and have shockingly low carbs and calories for how filling they are. Having those macros on the meals themselves is so helpful when counting calories. While the price might look high at first i do believe that for a single person it is good value. considering what you would normally pay for groceries, the time to cook said groceries and above all else the variety you get from the meal plan. in a home kitchen feeding 1-2 people it is difficult to get variety from cooking your own meals without an high price tag and a long time sink.

Great reviews For you

Saw the name karma kafe. Thought it would be the perfect place to bring an old “friend” to for a bite ( hoped she’d get a dose of karma for how she treated me back in highschool!!!???). I LOVED the concept, have honestly never eaten in a place like it before, great atmosphere, fast and easy( didn’t want to spend too much time with my “friend”). Honestly, aside from my silly reasons to visit- I’m very excited to come back by myself and properly enjoy the convenient experience.❤️?

$15 burrito. Shell was hard and chewy. Burrito was dry and tasted burnt. I will try again in a month. Still cheaper and better food at little miller's, carrs, and others.

Meal prep. . . What a great idea! The sitting area is spacious and comfortable. I had the steak broccoli, and sweet potato and loved it! It’s not on May to or from work but I will definitely swing by for lunch!

Interesting concept. All food is pre-prepped and stored in coolers. Pick what you want and heat at the microwave station. Healthy options, but smaller portions than I would prefer. New age design. Good place to study or go over a contract with a client. Coffee was good, but about the same as anywhere else.

Seems like a nice place to hang out (do homework, prep your taxes, meet someone trying to get you to join an MLM). The food reminds me of a gas station grab and go section for twice the price. The coffee is acceptable but nothing to write home about. The staff have a thick aire of judgement. If Utah house wife is your aesthetic than this place is great, but I won't be coming back.

Look. I'm busy and don't have time to eat healthy. That was me until Karma Kafe opened! Now, I just walk in and grab a meal from their cooler. You can't go wrong with your choice! They do all the planning and nutrient counting for you!

I'm not exactly sure what it was that I was expecting from Karma Café. A cafe with fresh food?Lots of veggies?Unique and fun cafe environment? (Which seems to be missing from the valley)It's pieces of those things, but not really a "cafe" of sorts. - - Basically, think of a meal prep place. They're making meals that you can warm up in 90 seconds. Meal plans - if you're not into cooking and/or prepping your own meals, you can sign up for plans that allow you to pick up a certain number of meals throughout the week. The types of meals change every weekAdditionally, they are also a coffee shop using a roaster called Tony's Coffee. Whole beans for sale, too. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little awkward. If you're coming from Palmer on your way to Wasilla, it's perfect. But if you need to head back to Palmer after leaving, it's a little tricky. When my schedule gets busy and I don't have time to cook, I will definitely be back.
