“Everything about my Dunkin experience was amazing. I ordered wrong and was disappointed in myself when I received my drink. I went to the counter to ask if I could get more sweetener and they gladly helped and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. JD and Devon were amazing and continued to provide the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you. This location was also very clean and very efficient in everything they did and I believe it was because these two gentleman were here. Would recommend to anyone.“

“Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, overrated much but Donut Joe's is on top, literally the only donut shop in Pelham that is worth visiting.Food: About as good as you are gonna get, the vanilla flavored donuts with sprinkles in your mouth will surely make you spring up in joy. Or how about a big ol cinnamon bun to go along with your day. There are many varieties to choose from, pick your poison! ?Atmosphere: Small but yet so sweet, what happens if there are a lot of people inside? I wonder, it makes you feel at home though. Outdoor seating gives it more area to work with and not to mention plenty of parking spaces too.Service: I met an old friend that I used to hang out with in high school so that made my memories tingle a little bit and I know for a fact that the employees will make you a top priority when entering inside. You will certainly be a VIP whenever you're at Donut Joe's.“

“The donut quality is impeccable. The filled donuts have a little bit of fruit puree in them and there's an excellent selection. Prices are also very fair.Additionally, most donut shops tend to not have coffee already made. That was not the case on my visit on a late Sunday morning so all around the pleasant experience.“

“Visited friends on a farm in Montevallo and I went there the first time to a sign that they were sold out early in the day. The following day our host brought a massive load of the donuts variety as well as the bread filled with the hot dogs (can't think of their name right now). A family of 6 Germans and our host family indulged in them. So colorful, great quality, decorated with love. I thought that Krispy K were on top of my list, but these... literally took the cake. My only regret is that one of the kids snatched the last one with the blue icing before I did!! I will be back. Great job, perfect food. Many thanks and: Danke schoen, as we say in Germany!“

“If you live in Stadium Trace it is very short ride to Stadium Trace Village. The parking lot is a bit tight but that's not really issue. We went for a casual family lunch. We ordered Super Crunch, French Toast (you can order breakfast for lunch), and two Classic Burgers. The customer service Is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. The food is at the level of OK. The Super Crunch was not very crunchy and the French Toast was a bit too heavy on the (what I suspect as) vanilla. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed. Disappointing, is there is not a huge ready made doughnut selection. It is quite small portion of the restaurant.“
