“Love this gem of a place!! Highly recommend anyone in the mood for boba to stop and enjoy delicious boba teas in a cozy comfortable spot. Staff is super nice and friendly. They even told me if I didn’t like the drink I ordered, they would make me a different one.”

“We had so much fun at Siluria Brewing. We arrived early as they asked and parked so easily. The parking place was level all the way around! They open at 4 and we went in a bit before that. They were very happy to serve us some beers. We sat in front of the bay doors to enjoy the gorgeous day. We had a sampler of their dark beers. We really enjoyed the Buck Creek Stout!! It was fabulous!! We then decided to get a pint of the Buck Creek Stout. We sat on the back deck in the beer garden. They have a wonderful place with so much room. We really loved sitting outside enjoying our beers. At 5 pm we ate from the food truck called “Chef Joe” Hey Bebe. We had the red beans and rice and a Boululatta. Both were amazing and paired perfectly with another Buck Creek Stout. If we are ever in the area again, we plan on staying here. It’s such a fun place. I might mention that the place was packed. It was Trivia Night, but I suspect it’s this busy all the time because it’s a great place! We bought several beers and a t-shirt. Thank you for being a Harvest Host!!”

“I didn't realize they moved location's until tonight. My husband and I ordered to-go. I had to wait about 30 minutes but every single person employed was working their tail off!! The food was amazing and that's after I had to drive at least 10 minutes home.”

“The food is excellent, always exactly what I expect. However, tonight, after I finished my meal, I went to the restroom and saw a worker use the bathroom, not wash his hands, then leave and return to work.”

“Traveled from Huntsville to Montgomery on a Tuesday night. I saw the reviews and figured I’d try it out! Ordered and paid online. Got a text it was ready fifteen minutes later. Both of the folks working the food truck were super nice with huge smiles.And the food… goodness… I got the rice and beans and some hush puppies. Man… I would put their hush puppies against our cherished Greenbrier, a Madison County legend, any day. If you know, that’s almost blasphemous to some. And the beans and rice were so yummy that I scraped up every bit I could.I’m not a Cajun connoisseur, but I know good food and good people. This place checks both boxes! Thank you for being a highlight of my little trip.”

“The BIGGEST Chicken Tendys anyone has to offer. When I say big, I mean these things are the size of other places, chicken breasts. The BEST fried chicken salad ever (fresh made ranch dressing mmmmmmm.) It sounds weird when you read it, and also when you say it to order, but trust me, the sausage, cheese, and pickel plate is 3 things you will soon find actually do go together. Your kids will love it once it's in front of them.”

“Delicious and authentic Mexican!! The steak tacos were fantastic! Loved the queso and refried beans and my husband’s special dinner was delicious and portions were very filling!The service was great. Our waitress was extremely kind and accommodating. Price was good for the area. Also topped it off with a traditional Mexican coke! Excellent!”

“Love this place used to go a lot as kid now they have upgraded it a lot, and the atmosphere makes you feel like your in a very culturally aesthetic restaurant. The food is great and it was very quick. Will return and people should check it out it’s a gem.”

“I've had pretty good meals all around anytime I stop by. But here lately, everything has been noticeably more stellar. The fam and I ordered things we've not had before and, dear lord, I could have cried tears of joy. Keep it up, gang.The dishes we ordered were: Italian Flag Manicotti, Lemon Chicken Francese, and Joe's House Filet.”

“Since moving to Alabaster I have been incredibly disappointed with the Mexican food in the area. I finally figured out I just need to go to the trucks in the area or to Pelham. This is by far my favorite little place to eat by me if I'm craving some tacos.”
