I have never complained or reported a restaurant before but the service at this location is appalling! The ones who work the drive thru have the worst attitude and customer service. The first couple of times I thought “maybe this person is just having a bad day” but this is a regular occurrence. They never give you a total at the speaker, they rudely tell you “go to the window” the order isn’t correct and it was literally a single gravy biscuit with lg coffee and cream....read full review
I have a terrible experience every time I go to the albertville jacks, with the employees wanting to be completely rude. They will talk over you as you’re speaking to them telling your order to them and them saying anything else all rudely. Don’t ask me what I want if you are not willing to listen…. They don’t know how to tell anyone their total and I have had it to where they won’t even tell me my order at the window.. they will hold their hand out wanting my money….....read full review
I have been there twice both times food was cold and order was wrong. and I said something they was real hateful. and rude. now jack in Boaz is very good. and they are nice I have been talked down and cussed by employees.
