If you want the best customer service, come here on a Monday. The rest of the week, the employees make you feel like you're bothering them if you have a question or place an order. For the rest of the week, I would give it 1 star. Also, the guy on Mondays speaks Spanish if you don't feel like speaking English.Recommend management to give customer service classes to the rest of the employees so they can make people feel better going to the store.

Marco's Pizza offers great food and wonderful service under new management. The menu features new items such as Pizzoli's and Hot Honey pepperoni Magnifico's, along with fresh cut vegetables and dough made daily. They cater to large groups and offer pick-up or delivery for all orders. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible for dine-in and restrooms, and has highchairs available for child-friendly dining. Favorites among customers include pizza bowls, cheese sticks, and Philly cheese steaks.
The restaurant has received positive reviews from recent customers. They praise the accommodating staff, who were quick to prepare a large order for an event. Customers also mention the delicious pizza, with a great crust and toppings, as well as the clean and well-maintained premises. While one guest suggests slightly more sauce, overall the food quality and customer service are highlighted as strengths. The reasonable prices and availability of coupons are also appreciated.
