For me it is customer service. On that visit after a visit at Encore for Rehab, we needed comfort food. We got hot food but again the customer service was excellent.

I just got a salad with huge pieces of chicken, half cut slices of tomatoes and shredded sandwich lettuce made up the salad. Like good grief Charlie brown think about if you would eat this yourself before you serve it. It's not a problem isolated to Jacks. The service industry in Athens, Alabama is simply awful. Theres the occasion but I feel my gripe is pretty accurate.

We came to this Jack's after leaving the one on Hwy 31. The difference was crazy. Jacks on 31 needs to take notes! I spoke with manager Steve at this Jacks and let him know we loved our experience here vs the other Jack's. He and his team were working wonderfully together. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and we will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a good experience so we didn't give up on Jack's completely!

I love the chicken sandwich but doesn't matter where you get it from, they put so much pepper on it you can't taste anything else. I scraped off soo much pepper but still didn't matter. Looked like it was covered in pepper before grilling.

Just moved and first time here. They got my order wrong THREE TIMES in a row. All I asked for was a plain grilled chicken sandwich. Super easy to make. Couldn't even get that right. I'll not ever waste my time at a Jack's again.

So tired of ordering a pie and nothing being in the crust because teenagers left it in the oil too long. The strawberry filling was brown and no cream cheese.
I am a very loyal customer to this location but they always always leave something out of my bag. This time it was my kids 2 small fries. The customer service is great. But they might need retrained on order accuracy. It makes me not want to come back when I spend my money there and don't get everything I paid

Great Jack's restaurant. Food is good the people are sweet and its just a nice place to go wit the family. Also in the cold they have a great roaring fireplace.
