Caroline was an outstanding server, blending professionalism with genuine kindness and respect. Her ability to connect with people enhanced our dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the atmosphere and the service she provided. Caroline's attention to detail was impeccable today, and we look forward to returning.

Bow & Arrow? Why would you choose that name for a want to be Tex-mex restaurant.Be a BBQ joint or Mexican restaurant, not both.Still can't believe we had to pay for chips & salsa, which the salsa tasted like canned tomatoes with way too much cumin. There were 7 of us eating, so we all got something different. The brisket ribs were overcooked and hardly had any flavor. The BBQ sauce they served with it was Sweet Baby Ray's....what a joke. I ordered the burgers. By the description, it was supposed to be a smash burger. They did smash the meat flat, but that was it. The onions weren't cooked with the meat, and they threw a lonely piece of kraft single cheese on top of the meat. A few of us got fries. The fries were so overcooked that they could have been used as weapons. All the sides were blan.... like white people blan. Last but not least, is there attempt at banana pudding. I don't know who gave them a recipe and told them this is how you make banana pudding. It was either a lie or a cruel joke, but that wasn't banana pudding.

Food is always SO good, service is great dining in, but it’s so confusing to keep up with their hours, especially for their to-go option… I live close by and it's frustrating when I walk/drive there just to find a “closed” sign in their to-go lane..hear me out, I get it if it’s a staffing issue, but just don’t offer it at all until you can properly staff every shift, because that’s better than being unpredictable to your returning customers. Plus, their general hours haven't been updated on the website, they are definitely not open on Sundays anymore from what I’ve noticed recently and what’s on their recorded phone line? I could be wrong though? who knows

The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! I have dietary restrictions and Kinsley graciously asked the chef numerous questions on my behalf and helped me find something that was suitable for me to eat.

I was incredibly impressed with the Bow and Arrow. The food was fantastic (truly!) and was a clever mix of Texas BBQ and Texas-Mex with southern influences.Definitely worth multiple visits!

The place is beautiful, and the staff was very nice and attentive. This was our first time going, so we were excited to try out their food. Unfortunately, the food was not what we hoped for. My bf got the brisket sandwich and fries. I got the 2 meat meal (with brisket and smoked turkey). My bf food was hard and the sandwich was tasteless. My meat was good (turkey was extremely juicy!) but the sauces were way too strong, almost like a vinegar based bbq sauce. The pickles almost put a chill through my body from how sweet they were (after the 2nd one, it actually tasted good with the meat). The beans were good, but the mashed potatoes were very bland. To top it off, our stomach were not doing too well literally 5 minutes after we left. There's nothing like giving a great first impression than giving customers diarrhea. The 2 stars are only for the staff and the environment. Nothing more. Which sucks because this place does have potential. Hard debate to give this place another try; if we do, it won't be soon.

The meats were awesome the place was very nice food was over priced none of the sides were good at all this was definitely a 2 in 1 trip for us 1st and last we ride motorcycles with a lot of people and are always looking for new and exciting places to visit but this is one that was very disappointing rode 1.5 hours to eat and hangout with friends so if you are a meat eater go for it leave the sides and desserts alone and take you own sauce cause its not good at all

Although we could not recommend the beef and cheddar enough, we found the chips and salsa to not be our favorite. Smoked wings were jumbo and rub was good just lacking in smoke. Husband had the jackalope cocktail and said it was very lime forward and not balanced. Overall I think we would come back but would not be a “must” for us.
