Bow and Arrow has the best brisket around. Always moist and juicy. It falls apart. Something has changed. Yesterday I picked up a to go order, and it was very dry and most of it was tough and unable to even chew. Hope it was just a fluke. We had to throw most of it away.
Caroline was an outstanding server, blending professionalism with genuine kindness and respect. Her ability to connect with people enhanced our dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the atmosphere and the service she provided. Caroline's attention to detail was impeccable today, and we look forward to returning.
