“UPDATE: Sharon (district rep) called and made some many apologies for the one bad apple of this location.Poorest excuse for someone representing a national franchise.The girl closing the store refused to take mine and other orders with espresso because she said she shut down the machine to get to her other job. This is now the second time this has happened to me at this location.As a business owner of a different franchise, I am dumbfounded that ANYONE would allow this to happen.“
