The service and food is always great!! Everyone was so nice, I was greeted as soon as I walked in! The staff truly is lovely, even people from the back were nice when I was ordering!

Waited in line over 20 minutes and then longer for the food. When the food came out after sitting on the counter for 10 minutes it hardly had any meat or cheese on the spud

I’m seriously considering not coming back. Over $32 for lunch. One chicken club combo with drink & a chili cheese spud with a drink. Then, like everywhere else, fast food workers want a tip. Except here, there is no button for “no tip.” The lowest amount is 15%The food is good but it is not THAT good. They were not busy at all and my food still took 15min to receive. May not return, it’s a shame really. This place used to be fantastic.
First time eating at McAlister's and it won't be the last! Before I get into the food I'd like to give a shout out to a lady named Cheryl! She brought our food to us at our table & I don't think I have ever met a nicer person! She was smiling and happy, which isn't something you see everyday when people are at work. Her smile made us smile! Now about the food... I ordered the king club on wheat with the cucumber/tomato salad. It was very tasty & I highly recommend. My husband got the grilled chicken king club w/ broccoli soup and he too thoroughly enjoyed! The restaurant was clean and the ambience was nice. We had a nice window seat!

Food used to be really good but feel like it has gotten subpar lately. They have hired a bunch of new staff and now the food seems very inconsistent. The young girls that they have hired for front of house are awful. They are on their phones, have AirPods in listening to music or on phone calls, popping their gum while you are trying to order, or in their own world where it seems like you the customer are an inconvenience.

Had a great late night date night with my boyfriend at this McAlister, staff acted like we were the only people in there and treated us like it was a five star dining experience. Chef leader Ty was personally at my table asking how the night went and I appreciated knowing how personal they all were. Amya and Serenity took my and my boyfriends orders that night and made sure everything came out perfect. Downloaded the Mcalister app after talking for gem for the deals and rewards. Had no idea how personal they all were going to be on a Thursday night! Will be back for sure.
