Updated review: While the reasoning is unknown, a young lady was outside taking the orders. She was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of the menu and the different options on the listed menu items. My card did not have the 'tap' option, she didn't hesitate to help us complete the transaction. The food was hot, hot! The drinks were cold and the wait was nonexistent.
